Combo 7-Device Wall Plate for 6 Toggles and 1 Modern Decor Device

This custom configuration cover plate is designed for six toggle light switches along with one decorator device such as a ceiling fan control, GFI receptacle, rocker switch, or timer in the block shape. 

Features

• America-made metal custom wallplate
• seven device cover for 6 toggles and 1 decor switch, outlet or controller
• width: 13-5/8″; height 4-1/2″; depth 5/32″
• twelve 1/2″ slot head screws (for toggles) plus two 5/16″ screws (for decorator device) to match
• white enamel finish; can be painted to change the color
• Decora is Leviton trademark for decor, block, GFCI, rocker, etc., opening
• plate can be flipped over for the reverse layout (Decora on left)
